In the early Autumn of 2003, Sarah and I took a
trip together to San Francisco and Napa Valley. (Sarah would tell you that
this was back when I was wooing her and that we don't do these kinds of
things nearly as often anymore.) I decided not to bring all my
accoutrements, as it was early in our relationship, and I didn't want to
scare her off! We took a cruise on the bay, and armed only with a tiny Sony
point and shoot I captured this image of the US flag on the back of the boat
fluttering against the background of the Golden Gate Bridge. Do you see the
tattered edge of the flag? Well, the rest of the boat was pretty much in
the same condition. Still, it was fun!
Technical Details: There really aren't any. That's the best
part of shooting with a point and shoot. Simply point, and shoot!
